"I was not told the importance of having a little device in my car for a "drive safe discount". Statefarm 1st sent the device to a completing different address from an old policy that was over 7yrs old, so because I did not have the device in my car by a certain date, I lost the discount for a month and had to paid an extra $21.25"

"I never had to verify my car insurance to obtain a license before and let me say, it seemed like it should have been a straightforward process. It was not. "We were very satisfied customers of Gene Kim's State Farm Agency in Falls Church for many years. Anh Nguyen took it over in January 2025. That month we asked her office to fix a billing problem - our being billed for insurance on a vehicle totaled in an accident and already paid out by State Farm. Since then we have been trying unsuccessfully to get her office to act. I even went by the office and met her. Shortly thereafter, with the bill still not corrected, I finally got through their interminable voice mail system (they never answer the phone immediately and never return calls promptly - or at all). I was told the problem would be fixed and she would call me the next day. Neither thing happened. Today, a week later, her "scheduler" called. We've already moved to another agent!"

"Phil, we’re sorry that during the transition of taking over the agency we have failed to meet your expectations as a long time loyal customer. As we discussed over the phone and on email, we have sent your files to the new agency of choice and have given them additional information so they can follow up on the change that was in motion since early March. We hope it all gets resolved for you soon so that your bill can be updated prior to the June due date. Thank you for your loyalty to State Farm. We wish you the best experience with your new agency."
